Dr. Robert Reid, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Reid graduated from Medical School at Texas A&M in 2013. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Houston Methodist and was honored by his classmates to serve as Chief Resident. He is currently the president of the Tri-County Medical Society and serves on the Texas Medical Association technology committee.
Dr. Reid practices a "less is more" brand of medicine focused primarily on educating his patients on the latest medical evidence and then allowing them the freedom to make their own decisions.
Dr. Reid provides supervision and oversight of the medical treatments performed at Alchemy Aesthetics Co. He has extensive training in aesthetic treatments and provides IV therapy + testosterone therapy alongside direct primary care at his local clinic.

My husband has been the best birthday present I could have asked for! We met on my birthday and have been together for 16 years and he’s my absolute biggest supporter. I have a 3 year old daughter who inspires me everyday and drives me to make the world a better place.

I’m passionate about community, beauty, skincare and animal welfare.
My grandparents raised me half of my life and meant everything to me. I have always been super independent and driven. I started my first full time job when I was 15 years old and moved out on my own when I was 16 years old. I’ve always known I wanted to live in New Braunfels, TX since I floated the Guadalupe + Comal rivers as a teenager. Waco, TX is where I was born but New Braunfels is definitely home.
Alyssa Edgerton
Nurse Injector
My passion has always been rooted in health, wellness, and creativity. Growing up, I was constantly involved in sports, competitive dance, and staying active — and that love for movement has carried with me ever since.
I’m originally from Midland, Texas, and moved to the New Braunfels area in 2023. Before transitioning fully into aesthetics, I worked as an RN in the ICU for several years while also teaching indoor cycling and fitness classes. I now work full time as an aesthetic nurse injector at Alchemy Aesthetics Co., where I’m able to combine my medical background, artistic eye, and passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin.
I earned my first bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from The University of Oklahoma and later received my BSN from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Boomer & Wreck ’em!).
Outside of aesthetics, I’m also a fitness instructor and own a boutique floral business, Two T’s Flower Shop, where I get to channel another creative side through custom floral design. When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my dog, Bella, working out, starting yet another DIY project, or planning my next trip. Maui is still my favorite place I’ve ever visited.
I’m definitely an old soul at heart — give me music from the 60s through the 90s any day. My favorite foods are Mexican and pizza, and a fun fact about me is that I have a twin brother!
Becoming a cosmetic injector has already been such a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to continue blending science, wellness, and aesthetic artistry to help others feel empowered and confident in their own skin.

With 22 years of experience as an aesthetician, Lindsay has dedicated her career to helping others feel their best, both inside and out. Born and raised in Pasadena, Texas, and now residing in New Braunfels since 2020, she brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to skincare and beauty.
Lindsay is committed to continuously learning and perfecting new techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and treatments. She is experienced in acne treatments, microchanneling, waxing, lash lifts, brow lamination, laser treatments, customized facial treatments, and hydrodermabrasion. She tailors each treatment to her client’s individual needs, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Married for 20 years and the proud mother of a high schooler, Lindsay is equally dedicated to supporting her daughter in raising lambs for FFA. Her family, love, and joy are at the heart of everything she does.
When she’s not enhancing her clients' natural beauty, you can find Lindsay spending time with her husband and enjoying a cold Dr Pepper. She also loves spending time with friends and discovering new restaurants, always on the lookout for the next great place to try.
Lindsay’s work is a reflection of her commitment to making people feel good in their own skin—and she’s always striving to create a relaxing, uplifting experience for every person who walks through her door.

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old licensed esthetician with three years of experience and a big love for all things skin. I’m certified in Dermaplaning and Microchanneling, a Face Reality–certified acne specialist, and I’m always expanding my education and certifications to stay on top of the best in skincare.
My family and friends are my world, animals have my whole heart (especially the deer I feed outside my house), and I feel so lucky to call Gruene home—live music nights are my favorite. I love dressing up, seeing new places, and getting creative through painting and art in my free time.
In the treatment room, my favorite service to perform is Microchanneling, and I love mixing powerhouse products from ZO Skin Health and Face Reality to deliver real results. I’m passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping people feel confident, glowing, and beautiful in their own skin.
Brenna Bryant

Licensed Esthetician & Office Coordinator with 18+ years in the beauty industry. Passionate about advanced aesthetic treatments, corrective skincare, and guiding patients toward real, visible results.
While no longer a service provider, I love educating and recommending results-driven treatments including BBGlow (BBL by Sciton), Microchanneling, and Daxxify, paired with ZO® Skin Health (the Peptide Refining Serum and Exfoliating Polish are truly unmatched). Brooke Schriewer

Hi, I’m Brooke Schriewer! Born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas, I’m so lucky to call this wonderful town home. My husband, Dustin, our son, Rowan, and our rescue pets—Tucker, our border collie, and King Tut, our cat—are my biggest blessings.
Whether it’s diving into a new organization project, setting up creative systems, or tackling a challenge, I’m always ready for a little competition (retired college athlete here 😉)!
Before joining Alchemy, I had the pleasure of working in luxury hotels, planning upscale events, and fundraising for nonprofits.
When I’m not busy with work or volunteering, you can find me with my boys, soaking up the sunshine at Lake LBJ or down by the coast in Rockport!
