HOW TO COME PREPARED
Before You Arrive
A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what to do before your consultation so we can make the most of every minute together.
Come with a Clean Face
Arrive freshly washed with no makeup, SPF, or skincare products on. Seeing your skin in its natural state is essential for an accurate assessment — it helps us give you the most honest, useful recommendations.
Know Your Current Products
Write down everything that touches your skin — cleanser, moisturizer, serums, SPF, prescriptions. Better yet, bring them with you. Brand names and ingredients matter, and we'll tell you what's working, what's not, and what to swap.
Have Your Medical History Ready
Be prepared to discuss any medical conditions, allergies, and all medications and supplements you're currently taking — including topicals like tretinoin or hormonal medications. This helps us recommend treatments that are safe and effective for you specifically.
Know Your Goals, Even the Vague Ones
