APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

When you book an appointment with us at Alchemy Aesthetics Co., we set aside that special time just for you. We know life happens and plans can change, so if you need to adjust or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Missing an appointment or cancelling without enough notice means someone else might miss out on that time. To keep things running smoothly, we ask for a credit card on file to hold your booking. If we don't hear from you 24 hours in advance, the following fees will apply:

$75 for cancellations within 24 hours
$100 for no-call, no-show appointments

SERVICES & PREPAID TREATMENTS POLICY

Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Prepaid services are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Prepayments and wallet additions are non-refundable.
Membership monthly dues are non-refundable. Please refer to your membership agreement for full details.
Services already rendered cannot be refunded.
Please note that results are not guaranteed, as every client’s skin and response to treatment is unique.

RETAIL PRODUCTS RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Opened or used products are non-returnable due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly exchange it for the same product or issue store credit.

GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS POLICY

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
